Like Chopin before him, Debussy found new, previously unexplored possibilities and refinements in the art of playing and composing for the piano. His composi- tions and tran*ions for piano four hands and for two pianos are among his most inventive and interesting works. This volume contains two works Debussy composed specifically for two pianists

the early Marehe, Ecossaise and the well-known En Blanc et Noir

and his own tran*ions of his famed orchestral work La Met and his work for harp and strings, Danse Saeree et Danse Profane.
